We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for purposes contrary to our mission.

Our platform uses a credit system for downloading worship resources. Credits can be earned through:

• Completing daily activity sessions on our platform
• Reading articles and devotional content
• Purchasing credit packages

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, earning rates, and download costs at any time. Any purchased credits will remain valid in your account.

Our resources are provided for worship and ministry purposes. You agree to:

• Use downloaded songs and presentations for church worship, personal devotion, or ministry
• Not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our resources
• Not modify resources and claim them as your own original work
• Give appropriate credit to original song authors and composers
• Not use our platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent our credit system or download restrictions
• Not use automated tools or bots to scrape or download content in bulk

The worship songs, presentations, and other content available on Cambodia Worship may be subject to copyright held by their respective authors, composers, and creators.

By uploading content to our platform, you represent that you have the right to share it for worship purposes and grant Cambodia Worship a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content through our platform.

If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact contact@cambodiaworship.com and we will promptly review and address the matter.

We welcome contributions from the worship community. When you upload content, you agree that:

• You have the legal right or permission to share the content
• The content is appropriate for Christian worship and ministry
• The content does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Cambodia Worship may review, edit, or remove content at our discretion

Cambodia Worship is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to keep our platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our services
• The accuracy or completeness of song lyrics or content
• Compatibility of downloaded files with all software or devices

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambodia Worship and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Our platform displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support our operational costs. We are a non-profit initiative, and ad revenue helps cover hosting, development, and maintenance expenses. We do not control the specific ads displayed, and the presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by Cambodia Worship.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Cambodia Worship after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
